Ride the West The Ranch Event - Booth Legend Details

This Bison Ranch is a real working ranch. We are creating a good ol' Cowboy Celebration with the flavor of the Old West. There is no pipe and drape, no table rental, and very limited power. We are encouraging our vendors to help us create the feel of this place with your booth decor and presentation. Sell the Spirit of the West and join us for a great weekend of horseman's activities, products, education and entertainment. It will be a very social, entertaining, competing, shopping weekend! This is a rough lay-out of the Event Area, although pretty accurate, it is not to scale.

1-36: 10 x 10 Outside Booths, grass pasture underfoot, no power. We suggest you bring your own pop-up tents or awnings. You can combine booth spaces to make larger spaces. $150 for first 10' x 10', additional 10' x 10' is $100, any configuration.

This space fronts the Indoor Arena and is just off the only entrance.

37 - 39: (3) only, fronts the Indoor Arena, these spaces are oversized 12' x 12', no power. Cannot be combined as their are doors in between that enter into the Arena. $200 ea.

40-41: (2) only, inside the Indoor Arena, 5' x 10' spaces - $125 each, no power

42 - 46: These are outside Horse Corral/Booth Combos. Corrals are 12' x 12' panels with a 10' x 12' open space inbetween that can be used for booth space. This space also seperates the horses from each other. Pop Up Tent over booth area is suggested. Pasture ground, bedding may be added, stalls must be picked out upon departure. Excellent horse display area. $150 each for the Combo. No power, water is by the corner of the Indoor Arena. Min 2 compatible horses per 12 x 12 pen. Horses may be hauled home at night if you wish as long as you are in place the next day prior to opening.

47: Large Outdoor Space 30' x 40', gravel base, can be split into (3) 10 x 20 spaces or a 20 x 40 and 10 x 20. Great location! Bring your own cover. No power. Cost for 30' x 40' is $600, 10 x 20 is $250, 20 x 20 is $450.

48 - 53: This space is just off the big Farm Barn and faces the Outdoor Round Pen. There is a concrete slab for the base, and there is an awning that covers the entire length. Spaces are 10' wide x 8' deep, $150 each, additional spaces here are $100 each. No power.

54 - 66: Brand New Metal Pole Barn - Inside Booths are 10' x 10' @ $150 ea, additional 10 x 10's are $100 ea. Gravel Base, limited power available at $35/weekend, first come. Great location!

67 - 72: This area is grass and sits between the Indoor Arena and the New Barn. Booths can be Stall/Booth combos for horses (see above) or 10 x 10 standard booths or larger. Nice Shady area. Might have some power off of end barn $35/wkend, bring xtention chords.

73: Large Outside Space across from Outdoor Round Pen. 30' x 75'+, Gravel Base

no cover, can be split up. Full space cost is $950. Great location for trucks, trailers, tractors, equipment. Call us for split pricing.

74 - 77: Nice location against the old red and white barn. Gravel Base. Booths are 10' x 10' @ $150 each, additional 10 x 10's are $100. Some power at $35/weekend. Shady in the afternoon and across from the Round Pen. Could also be suitable for Horse/Stall combo. (see above)
