Francesca has been working alongside Steve for 5 years, as his partner and constant student, and resides with him at Horse Creek Ranch. She knows Steve’s program inside and out and starts many colts at both clinics and The School of Horse. She has a passion for learning and for helping people improve their training techniques using Steve’s method. At the clinics and the ranch she is always there to offer additional help. Her desire to learn and understanding of Steve's program, make her an integral part of the Steve Rother Horsemanship team.
She has shown Quarter Horses in English and Western disciplines and excelled at showing in trail. Having tried many different horse training methods she became frustrated until happening upon Steve Rother Horsemanship.
"It took me a few clinics until I started really understanding the method. It seemed so opposite to what everyone else was doing. I had been to many other clinicians and trainers but still could not find the answers I knew were out there. After just one of Steve's clinics, the changes in my horse were amazing! It is so rewarding to now be able to help others attain positive results with their horses."
