Pony Rides by Story Book Farm Ponies

Bring the kids and give them a chance to ride the Pony of Their Dreams. Story Book Farm Ponies bring us well cared for, clean and friendly ponies that will delight your children! They love kids and make their living by helping all kinds of people "get better" through pony therapy!

In loving memory of their real Mom, Maureen "Mo" Gunderson who passed away after a difficult struggle with bone cancer on April 9, 2006. We miss you "Mo."

Uncommonly Beautiful Horses

Stunning stallions and spectacular breeds are the heart of Ride the West. This year, we not only have our solid Quarterhorses, Appaloosas, Mustangs, Arabians, Morgans, and Paints, but we also have quite an array of unusal breeds that you might get to see too often.....The Fjords, Missouri Fox Trotters, Mules, Minis, Paso Finos, Warmbloods, Belgians, Arabian Ponies, Shetlands, and Draft. A tour through the barns is international and you will be thrilled and amazed at the beauty, kindness, and disposition of these incredible breeds. Talk to their owners and find out why they pick their breed as their beloved companions.

Anna Bradley and Spirit

Ann Bradley has loved animals all her life....especially horses. She is living her dream of raising and training with emphasis on her minis. "Spirit" whom she has had since he was 2 weeks old has become her therapy pony and she enjoys taking him to nursing homes, children's events, fairs and festivals. Hear Anna's whole story at Ride the West.

Official Trail of Painted Ponies Artist, Maria Ryan

We are pleased to present Maria Ryan, not only a local artist, but also an "Official Trail of Painted Ponies" artist. Maria will bring some of her pieces, you will get to meet her, purchase directly from her and also have your pieces autographed.

The Northwest Aside Group (NAGs)

The Northwest Aside Group (NAGs) is a sidesaddle drill team and parade unit dedicated to the art of sidesaddle. Started in 2004 the group has riders from Idaho, Oregon, and Washington and is still growing. Dressed in Victorian inspired costume they perform and teach clinics in several parades, horse shows, and equine expos throughout the NW and Montana. The Northwest Aside Group is a proud affiliate of the American Sidesaddle Association. Visit the NAGs at www.northwestasidegroup.com.
