Volunteer Application We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to assist with all aspects of our Expo. Volunteer jobs could be anything from handing out programs to being responsible for smooth and consistent flow of performances in our Clinic Arenas. You must be 18 years of age or have a Parent or Guardian's authorization. If you are applying for any horse related duties, you must be knowledgeable about the horse and know how to handle them. You will receive a three day event pass ( must volunteer at least 12 hours over the 3 days) and a staff t-shirt. Please check the times below that you are available and your area of interest. It is very important to us that we have considerate and attentive people on our volunteer staff because you are representing our show. If you are selected as one of our volunteers, it is also very important that you show up on time and are ready to go. By signing this form, I waive any and all claims against “Ride the West,” its Sponsors, Show Management, FAB Ventures Facility, decorator and host city, their employees, agents, or representatives resulting from loss, theft, damage, or destruction to my property or from personal injuries to myself. I have read and agree to all Rules & Regulations pertaining to Ride The West. Furthermore, I understand and agree that all work involved with Ride the West is strictly on a volunteer basis and I will receive no monetary exchange for this time. I am 18 years of age. If you are not 18 years of age, please have a parent or guardian sign in agreement and approval.
