Open Division 18 and over ____ starts at 1pm, awards following. First 40 Riders accepted.
Youth Division 17 and under ____ Limited to first 10 riders, 11am Sunday
All participant walkthru is at 10:00 am Sunday.

One Entry Form per Rider/Horse). We are allowing one rider to ride two horses this year.

Fees
Horse & Rider Open Entry: $50.00 Must be 18 years of age* to enter.
Space is limited.
Youth Trail Event, 17 and under: $25 admission - cash & prizes - space is limited.
Day Pass $5 (discounted admission to Expo)
Day Corral $40 - Day/Overnight corral: $50 or $65/weekend.
Bedding provided $10 for all you need, PLEASE CLEAN AREAS.
Horses coming in Tues or Wed must pay an additional $20/day per corral.
Camping is available on site. Call or email for information.

*All minors MUST be accompanied by an adult participant. We love dogs, but please, not at the Fairgrounds. Your place in the class will be confirmed when your registration form and full payment are received by our office. By signing this form, participant agrees to abide by all Event & Venue rules & regulations, and to hold harmless from any damages or injuries Ride The West and it's affiliates, BCHWa, Doug & Kathy Vouchell, Centaur Training Center, FAB Ventures and Quarterhorse Ranch and to accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by them or their horses. Horses must be sound, healthy and current on vaccinations. Confirmations with clinic details will be sent after we receive your registration & fees. Show management has the sole right to dispute & settle any and all issues arising from any consequences not discussed in this document, show contracts or forms, and the determination by Ride The West Horse & Ranch Expo wil be final and binding. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER'S TRAIL COURSE COMPETITION. For your safety, please NO GREEN HORSES OR RIDERS - exception in Youth event only (course will be modified).
